No, we only buy games made for the North American market (USA and Canada).

No, but you can get a new quote and send them to us in the same box.

Where do I ship my games?

Once you submit your quote, you will receive a confirmation email, with our address.

What Platform Games will you buy?

Currently, we are buying PSP, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, and PS2.

How do I ship my games?

You can ship it any way you like but we suggest that you ship your games with USPS Media Mail since it is the cheapest way.

The game was not damaged when I sent it to you. What happened?

We are not responsible for any damages to your game during shipment, so package your game well and buy insurance for your package.

Can I sell more than one copy of a particular game?

You can sell as many copies as you want. However, when you sell more than 2 copies of the same game, we will pay only 50% of the buy back price for any additional games.

Who will pay for the shipping?

You are responsible for shipping your game to Cashmyphone.com. This includes packing, shipping fee, insurance, and label.

How long does the overall process take?

The whole process will take 30 days from receiving your game to issuing your check. Upon receipt of your game, we will send it to our testing department to test it. If it is qualified, we will issue your check. You should receive an e-mail notification that your check has been mailed. If your game is disqualified, our customer service will notified you by e-mail.

How can I get my disqualified game back?

Games that do not meet our criteria will be returned at the owner's expense. There will be a minimum of $10 shipping and handling fee.

Can I send you titles that are not in a jewel case or title box?

Yes, you can send games any way you want. We will still pay you!
