What models do you accept? cash old apple ipod

We accept the following iPod models: 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation, Shuffle, Video, Photo, Nano, and Mini iPods. Visit the “Product” page for a full list and pictures of iPods we accept.


I'm not in the U.S.; can I still sell you iPod?

No, sorry. Currently we are only accepting pre-owned iPod from the United States.


My iPod has engraving on it. Do you still accept it?

Yes, as long as your iPod is 100% functional. But the value might be less than the one that are not engraved.


My iPod has scratches on it. Do you still accept it?

Yes, as long as your iPod is 100% functional.


My iPod track wheel or keypad is not working. Will you accept my iPod?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept your iPod if the track wheel or keypad is malfunctioned.


My iPod has a cracked screen. Will you accept my iPod?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept your iPod if the screen is cracked.


My iPod does not work. Will you accept my iPod?

A. Unfortunately, we only accept iPods that are 100% functional.



The battery on my iPod is almost dead. Will you still accept it?

A dead battery would result in a "BD" grading from our testing department, and your iPod would be disqualified.


I do not have all my accessories. Will you still accept my iPod?

Yes, we will. But charger and headset are a must for acceptance.


The iPod was not damaged when I sent to you. What happened?

We are not responsible for any damages to your iPod during shipment. So package your iPod well and insured your package.


I have sent the iPod out over a month and my status is still stated “Waiting for item to arrive”. Why?

Apparently, we have not received your iPod and always shipped your package with Tracking and Insurance. Because we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package during shipment.


Who pay for the shipping?

You are responsible for shipping your iPod to Cashmyphone.com. This includes packing, shipping fee, insurance and label.


How long does the overall process take?

The process whole process will take 30 days from receiving your iPod to issuing your check. Upon receipt of your iPod we will sent to our testing department to test it. If it is Qualified, we will issue your check. You should receive e-mail notification that your check has been mailed. If your iPod is disqualified, our customer service will notified you by e-mail.


I want my disqualified iPod back. How?

iPods that do not meet our criteria will be returned at the owner's expense. It will be a minimum of $10 shipping and handling fee.


I have opened the external case of my iPod before. Will you still take it?

iPods that have had the external case opened by anyone except for Apple are not eligible.


I would like to remove all information in my iPod before I send it to you. How can I do this?

You can perform a factory reset which will remove all of your music from your iPod. The procedures to perform a factory reset can be found in your service manual or on Apple’s web site. The iPod Update software is currently available at Apple.
