Unfortunately, we cannot accept your PSP that has malfunction keys. .

Unfortunately, we only accept PSPs that are 100% functional.
The battery on my PSP is dead, will you still accept it?
A dead battery would result in a "BD" grading from our testing department, and your PSP would be disqualified.
I do not have all my accessories. Will you still accept my PSP?
Yes, we will. But charger and battery is a must for acceptance.
The PSP was not damaged when I sent it to you. What happened?
We are not responsible for any damages to your PSP during shipment. So package your PSP well and insured your package.
I have sent the PSP out over a month and my status is still stated "Waiting for Item". Why?
Apparently, we have not received your PSP and always shipped your package with Tracking and Insurance. Because we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package during shipment.
Who pay for shipping?
You are responsible for shipping your PSP to Cashmyphone.com. This includes packing, shipping fee, insurance and label.
How long does the overall process take?
The process whole process will take 30 days from receiving your PSP to issuing your check. Upon receipt of your PSP we will sent to our testing department to test it. If it is Qualified, we will issue your check. You should receive e-mail notification that your check has been mailed. If your PSP is disqualified, our customer service will notified you by e-mail.
